John:

I find this very interesting. We have had a similar thing happen with our
server. For us, links that used an image liked to a URL, (i.e., "image
src="ad.gif?url=http://www.company.com&target=_browser") stopped working
through our server, although they work fine locally. We are running
version 6.0 Gold server software.

We have been able to make <a hrefs> work through the server, as in this example
         <a href="http://www.compnay.com" show="new">
                 <img src="test.gif" region="test" fill="freeze"/>
         </a>

Also, URL links inside RealPix work, too.

What version of server software are you using?
