Subject: link from smil to hard drive
Hello All:
I created a web-based tool for salespeople in my company which launches the
RealPlayer in a few instances to play SMIL presentations. There are a couple
images in the SMIL presentation that are linked to a webpage.
For example:
<img src="jobs1.gif?url=http://www.careershop.com/jobs.asp"
region="searchjobs" fill="freeze" />
I want to put the presentation on some laptops. The problem is that when I
copy the entire presentation locally the links from the SMIL to web page
file on the hard drive won't work.
This doesn't work:
<img src="jobs1.gif?url=jobs.asp"
region="searchjobs" fill="freeze" />
How do I link from the local SMIL to a local web page file? Surely someone
must have tried this before. Thanks for any feedback!
