Case 1: the client requested (via rtsp) a stream from the server; Server
responds with (among other things) Range: smpte=x-y; then after having
received frame y-1 client can make an educated guess...
Case 2: the client 'logs on' to an existing live media stream; ???
I suppose server could ANNOUNCE the end of the session...
There's also something like RTCP, the control channel for RTP, which
might enlighten us here...
But why not test it by a telnet to an RTSP server?
