Subject: information on an economical voiceover booth solution
I want to build a voice over booth for recording
voice over and narration audiobytes to supplement
SMIL, RealFlash and RealVideo etc.
I would like to know what kind of equipment I would need to build
a budget voiceover booth.
What kind of Mic?
What kind of Recording Device?
Acoustic Foam etc.
I already own a Seinheiser ME66 Mic, a DXA-4S Dual XLR Adapter,
a TRV 900 Digital video Camera and the DV raptor capture card.
I get great audio results to accompany video but I have compared
the audio I have recorded to audio recorded in a studio enviroment
and there are major differences.
one person Liam L says I should get a better mic to use with the camera
another person Aaron B says a Minidisc might be all I need.
I am starting to think it is problably best if I just build a voice over =
booth.
I appreceate everyone's input.
thanx in advance.
/louis
