S-video does not include audio. Not enough wires in the cable. And the
Osprey 100 does not have audio capabilities. If you're looking for audio
*and* video on the same board, you'll have to look at the Opsprey 1000 or
the Winnov Videum.

not really, but you really wouldn't want to do this anyway. You
*definitely* would experience  degradation.

The best thing to do is to buy a video distribution amplifier. They've got
many different models at markertek, www.markertek.com. Altenately, some
monitors have a decent video 'through' capability, so you could go into
your monitor first, then out of your monitor to your capture card.
