Who makes the best video cards for capturing real video? Note that this PC will be used for encoding real video, and video editing. Currently I have a P20350, 128SDRAM, all in wonder 128 16MB, win98. I can encode real video with producer plus 7 for 28/56k connex at around 30FPS for talking head video using "sharpest video" setting. While the framerate is fine, I'd prefer better quality video. Will I benefit alot with a P3 system?
