We're doing a lot of MP3 to RealAudio conversion for voiceovers. The
tool we use is Syntrillium's Cool Edit Pro (http://www.syntrillium.com
,) which allows you to import MP3s, convert them transparently into WAV
files and export them as RealAudio and G2 files. I suspect that Sonic
Foundry's Sound Forge can do the same thing, although I haven't tried
it.
