I don't know about doing it direct but there are several freewave MP3 -->
WAV converters available at www.mp3.com
You could then use the free RealProducer to encode the WAV file into Real
format.
I don't think any utility for convert Real back to WAV exists...I've hunted
for one myself with no success.
There isn't one for converting WMP (Windows Media Player) back to WAV/AVI
either...
