Subject: Standards? Video & Audio

I've been lurking for quite and while, and now it's time to do something.

Video:
I've seen the 176 x 132 pixels in a couple posts.
Is that an expected standard by users?

I'm wanting to encode for 28Kb, 56Kb, and 128Kb?? in G2 format.
Is it fairly standard to encode both 28 and 56 for modem users,
and 128Kb for DSL and cable modem users into one file?
Or, should the 128Kb be higher, and sacrifice server resources?

Or, should two different G2 files be encoded (with appropriate
browser entries). 1) for 28 and 56 modem users, and 2) different
G2 file for DSL/Cable users? It would seem this category could
receive larger pixel images.

Audio (Voice, no music):
Is 16Khz. 16 Bit Mono a good standard for simple voice?

Thanks very much,
Donovan Wade
