I usually encode at 176x144 it's not true 4:3 ratio, but it's a standard I
used from a real producer manual and I use it because its the lowest common
denomator for all my users.

Encoding in G2 you don't have to define different files for different
audiences if the video size stay's the same. you would only need to encode
different files if video window is different in size for the various audiences.

Real would really make strides is you could encode into one file, different
bit rates and video window sizes. Although that would reak havoc on smil
file video region definitions.
