Hi Travis,
     It depends on your requirements for stability and loading.  In my
development of plugins I periodically test them on a Win98 box with the
Server and my multi-client tester running at the same time.  But, the main
problem I run into is stability when system resources get stretched thin.
Yes, you can do it but if you are looking for reliability or are afraid of
losing viewers never to return, you should not try it.  By the way, I am
using the free basic 6.0 server and can run for hours streaming the licensed
limit of the server to the multi-client tester.
