Sarah,
You should look at using the rmevents command line tool that comes with Real
Producer. You create a txt file that lists the start & end times to display
each slide. This txt file is merged with the .rm or .ra using rmevents. We
use this to synchronize PPT slides (that have been converted to HTML) to a
video for education courses. Our courses are split up into modules to allow
for quiz sections during a course but splitting up your file is not
necessary. If someone skips ahead in the video the appropriate slide for
that point is loaded.
