This is an old message but I wanted to respond since it is rather
important for RealServer administrators.
In order to replace a file that is currently in use by the RealServer
you need to first move the file to a new name and then you can put a new
file in its place with the same name.
This is a standard NT trick if you find yourself in other situations
needing to do the same kind of thing.
cheers!
