Craig:

Another option to add some images that your audience
can view is to use our PixDropper product. It will
allow you to stream out a *live* RealPix file which
you can then synch up with your audio stream (via
smil). There are three ways that you can select
images to stream:

1) Manually drag jpeg images into the program
2) Set the system to monitor a directory full of
images and stream them in order
3) Set the system to automatically re-send a given
file every few seconds.

You can find PixDropper on the RealStore or at
www.candescent.ca.

If all you want to do is run a single image or set of
images for as long as
a live stream is running (from minutes to hours...),
what might the SMIL
command be?

I've tried inserting a single image into a stream, but
it will not remain
there unless I specify a time. Our users listen to our
Internet radio
stations for times ranging from a few minutes to a few
hours. We'd simply
like to cycle some pix through the player as it
streams audio.

Does SMIL support "indefinite"?

Cheers,

Craig Preston
