I'm using a Compaq EP450 with 128mb ram and a 30gb Maxtor ide drive with
windows NT4.0, and Producer Plus. I have not had any problems encoding at
multiple stream speeds 220/150/80/34/20 at the same time. I encode from a
vhs vcr and cable thru the vcr to file and or live broadcast. The only
major difference I see between your setup and mine is Win95 vs NT.
