I used my local IP 192.168.1.100 except for the viewer login where I
used
my external domain name and that appeared to work - so I was on the
small circular island when logging in. However, then I started
noticing
problems when I tried to create a second region (listening to 9001)
and
then trying to log back. RexViewer complained that it couldn't log
into
a region.
So, I tried the modularrex module on another existing opensim world
that had 2 regions ("Metaphorz 2" and "Metaphorz 3"). I ensured that
the correct IP was used. Authentication worked when I logged into the
viewer, but the viewer logs out with:
You have been logged out of RealXtend
You were sent to an invalid region
Please try to connect again after a short while.....
In the opensim.exe console, "show regions" shows the 2 regions
("Metaphorz 2" and "Metaphorz 3"). I have tried several settings in
Preferences in the Rex Viewer, "Home", and manually setting to
one of the two region names, but no luck -- same viewer error as
before.
