One followup -- even with one region, while I can log into this region
on the same machine as the server, using ModularRex, when I try
to log in via another machine connected to my router (192.168.1.101),
the Authentication works fine, but in the OpenSim.exe window it
spills out XML text followed by:

[BASE HTTP SERVER]: Handler not found for http request /CAPS/
....long hex string...../
