Ho it's more easy you need to be on a Rex server (realxtend 0.5,
modrex, taiga) and you need of course have the meshes in OGRE format
you can found some on internet but it's really not easy the best way
is to have an converter programm for have them into OGRE format
exemple 3ds to mesh is really usefull you found a lot of free meshes
into 3ds format.
some exemple you can see on my server. if you want only pics :

water plant in front and on teh back a church a house and some trees i
have imported, trees doesnt look extremly nice because they are far
away and becasue i want to have the water plant at first time.

found my server on the wiki of realxtend too.
