I gave up trying to get a good Modrex build. Their's so much sketchy information out there with configuration and the differences between Modrex, Rexserver and Tiaga. I sure wish someone could clarify things and maybe lead us to a correct configuration file. I'd like to get Tiaga built and running to toy with some of the OGRE meshes but I've only been able to get a decent local build. Still running into what looks like a loopback issue and the endless client waiting for a login to rexserver. I'm wondering if it's possible to build Tiaga without the extras; worldserver, cablebeach, openID. I'd like to get a minimum build up and running. Building on a standalone XAMPP server platform. Windows 2003 R2 dedicated with / MySQL 5. or MSSQL 2005/2008.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
