Can you send the full build log? Or actually I need to know if it built the references that is mentioned in the part of the log you posted. If those failed to build that would cause error seen in your log.
Other thing that would help solving this problem is the file "/home/laurent/opensim/addon-modules/ModreX/ModularRex/ModularRex.dll.build". With that we can identify if the runprebuild script found all the required references.
