To make Taiga work as Opensim+Modrex, you only need to compile it, then
copy opensim.ini.example to opensim.ini in the bin folder. This way it
will use a simple sqlite database, and none of the grid services (only 1
exe running) It will crash when first creating the reX database but on the
second run it will work.
