Mikko P. has built Taiga/Modrex with some Opensim 0.7.*, there is a modrex branch that works at least to some extent with it (I saw from over his shoulder!, seemed to work well). But that company stopped developing on Opensim, the products with Opensim there are in maintenance mode, and being ported to Tundra and new products are developed there on Tundra only (this may not be the case everywhere, but is in that company now). So Taiga/Modrex is basically orphaned now. It is open for discussion what the role of those tecs will be in the upcoming realXtend foundation & association (they are still in formation, we'll tell more soon). I know that at least Pablo 'caedes' Martin, author of b2rex, uses Opensim and develops against it .. dunno if you'd like to start maintaning modrex? (you already wrote some patches :) I'm getting paid to do general realXtend work, and steer my efforts also based on user needs reported here and thru other channels, so can consider balancing between Taiga & Tundra somehow if that makes sense. So far everyone has been happy with Tundra so I haven't done anything with Taiga, except helped in the Naali develop & tundra branches merge which also allows us to use the new stuff like improved JS api against Opensim as well. ~Toni -- http://groups.google.com/group/realxtend http://www.realxtend.org
