Huh? No that's a complete misunderstanding. Please re-read the
message :)

In short: the company that made Taiga releases earlier switched to
Tundra, so if we want Taiga to continue too, we need someone else to
pick it up. I don't know how you translated "new products are being
developed on Tundra" into it being abandoned too.

Whether someone continues to work on ModRex, keep it current against new
work in Opensim etc., is basically open to us as in anyone on this list
-- tell if/how Taiga is more useful to you than Tundra, and we'll keep
that going too.
