To Jonne and Ali: Yes, I did not think the warning was causing the errors but what came after it:
Critical: OGRE EXCEPTION(5:ItemIdentityException): Cannot locate an appropriate 2D texture coordinate set for all the vertex data in this mesh to create tangent s from. in Mesh::suggestTangentVectorBuildParams at .\src \OgreMesh.cpp (line 14 31) That might very well cause not even basic cubes show 3 dimensions? I mean, there was just 2D where this exception was thrown. With meshes that have 3D in 1.*. And the most annoying error of all was the viewpoint of the camera, a million miles above the scene, looking straight down. But I know you will soon fix these small things. I uncommented the pyplugin path in plugins.xml, and the module loaded, with errors though. For example, Scene() returned None - yet there was a scene, and IsServer() returned false, although it was the server window. Next I'll try some small py file of my own, maybe just print something.
