Oh, perhaps some MS runtime thing is missing then in some cases --
haven't had nor heard of this before with our installers.

What operating system is this? I know Adminotech's hosting system (on
the amazon cloud) uses mostly windows VMs, one instance at least seems
to be Windows Server 2008 Datacenter.

I don't really have a clue of what's happening for you there.
