If you don't comprehend how computers work, then you cannot
ascertain if the design of RUN-TIME based language processors
(REBOL, Python, Ruby, et. al) are sufficiently abstracted
("pretty correctly" abstracted).
Exactly why nearly all programming languages stink is that the
level of abstraction used by their designers is incorrect.

Also, REBOL requires smarter execs than what's on the commercial
