Hi, I've used http://www.nebularis.com/ for a while and have been very happy with their support, on the few occasions I've needed it. They're also one of the few hosts that are upfront about offering REBOL. (It's on their front page.) As to whether they're in your price range though is a different matter. Prices start at US$7.99 a month and you don't get much space and bandwidth for that, and you'd have to ask them about mounting extensions and the like.
