But in Windows Vista, the ability to change view/open/edit command line options was removed from the default Windows app that handles file associations (grrr!). Using regedit, you can change those options in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.TXT and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\REBOL.Script\shell\View\command (and ...\Open\command ...\Edit\command). On my machine, right clicking and selecting "Open With" -> "REBOL/View System" also eliminates the creation "public" folders.
