Yes, /Encap lets you create an executable which encapsulates your
script and the interpreter to run it.

This is useful for complete applications only. Anyway, if there's
interest in a site that offers such a service (i.e. encapsulates your
script and sells it taking some percent on the sell), I think the
company I'm working with might want to create it.
