My understanding is that there is a large number of people on this list who
may have never posted. I know for myself I was on the list for a while
before posting a question because I was very unsure of my question. I
needn't have worried.

The great thing about this list is that 95% of the time there is someone
willing to answer a post no matter what it is.
There are a variety of people here with different levels of experience with
Rebol. I'd say that there's always someone interested in any given question.
