Peanutty Snack Mix Try this quick and easy snack from JIF. It's delicious! Prep. time: 5 minutes Serves: 6 cups Cooking time: 15 mins. Ingredients 1/4 cup butter1/4 cup JIF® Creamy Peanut Butter & Honey1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon ground cinnamon4 cups Honey Nut Chex Cereal1 cup honey roasted peanuts1 cup pretzels, (midgets or snaps)cayenne pepper, sprinkle to taste (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100 percent power) 35-45 seconds stirring until well blended. Combine cereal, peanuts, and pretzels in a large bowl. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture; toss well to coat. Line sheet pan with foil; spread mixture evenly across pan.
