Don't forget the blue cheese dressing! You need: 1/4 pound blue cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon celery seed Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
