Freaky Eyeballs 3 oz lemon jello 1 cup hot water 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup pineapple juice Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup water in double boiler, add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add pineapple juice and cream cheese. Mix until well blended. Allow the mixture to cool a little. Fold in mayonnaise. Pour into a deep dish and chill until set enough for scooping out eyeball shapes. Using a melonballer, scoop full balls of the mixture and set aside for decoration. To decorate the eyeballs, use liquid food coloring and a small paintbrush. Paint irises and pupils onto the eyeballs.
