Butter Drop Ins 1/2 cup butter Crisco 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon milk 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/4 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Cream together butter, sugar and milk. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in separate bowl and then add to egg mixture. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes. When cool, frost as desired. FROSTING: 1/2 cup butter or Crisco 4 cups confectioners' sugar 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix together. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
