Lollipop Cookies
Ingredients: vanilla wafers peanut butter chocolate melts \popsicle sticks \ Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Make a sandwich using two vanilla wafers & peanut butter, but sandwich a popsicle stick on the peanut butter. Dip the cookie lollipop into the melted chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
