Ham it up Serves 2
2 eggs 2 tbl. milk 1/4 C. ham, chopped 1/4 C. cheddar cheese, grated 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper 1 tbl. butter 1. Break the eggs into a bowl and throw away the shells. 2. Then add the milk and beat with a fork. 3. Add the ham, chesse, salt and pepper, mixing well. 4. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan. 5. When the eggs are set and the sheese melted, remove from heat and spoon onto a plate. Serve with toast or muffins.
