Ham And Corn Loaf
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 t. dry mustard 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn 1 1/2 c. finely chopped or ground ham, fresh or cooked 2 T. brown sugar 1/4 t. ground cloves Put milk and bred crumbs in mixing bowl. Let
stand a few minutes. Add
eggs and beat with fork to break up crumbs and combine ingredients. Add mustard, corn and ham and combine thoroughly. Sprinkle greased loaf pan or ring mold with combined sugar and cloves. Spoon in loaf mixture. Bake in mod. oven, 350 degrees, about 45 mins. or until firm. Let stand several minutes after removing from oven. Unmold onto hot platter after loosening from sides of pan.
