Hi Syl, Like Sandy my mom always used to roast the Thanksgiving turkey in a grocery bag. Never thought anything about what the glue or roach spray could do. However, apparently it didn't do very much as I'm still here and so are my brother and sister. I'd give it a try sometime. What did we do before all of the new fangled stuff of today came along? We used whatever and are still here so go for it! If we weren't going away next week, I might be brave enough to try it. In fact, I may put the ingredients on my next major grocery list and see how it goes. If you try it, let us know how it turned out. Alberta
