PUMPKIN DESSERT

Layer 1
1 Stick margarine - melted
1 Cup flour 1/2 Cup chopped pecans

Mix well and bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes. (This will be like pie dough 
and you need to spread it out. Use 9x13 pan. I spread it with my hands.

Layer 2
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Cool Whip plus a tablespoon

When layer one is cool spread with layer 2.

Layer 3
2 Cups milk
2 - 3 oz. packages instant vanilla or french vanilla pudding mix
1 Cup Pumpkin
2 Teaspoons cinammon,

Beat milk and pudding mixes until thick then add pumpkin and cinnamon. Mix 
well.  Spread evenly on layer 2. Cover layer 3 with 8 oz. of cool whip. 
Refrigerate.
