Buttermilk Candy Ingredients 1 cup buttermilk2 cups sugar2 tbs. margarine2 tbs. white Karo syrup1 tsp. soda1 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups pecans, chopped Preparation Combine buttermilk & soda. Pour over sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add syrup. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until it forms a soft ball in water. Remove from heat. Add margarine & vanilla. Beat well & add pecans. Spoon onto buttered foil
