Turkey Salad Melts 
INGREDIENTS 
1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey   
1 Tbsp. fat-free or light mayonnaise   
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard   
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish   
4 slices sourdough bread, toasted   
1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 minutes
Serves: 4
This recipe is a good source of Calcium. 
1.  Combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish in medium
bowl. 
2.  Spread turkey mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil-lined
baking sheet; top with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches
from heat; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
