Ham and Cheese Brunch Casserole 
INGREDIENTS 
1 loaf (8 oz.) French or Italian bread, preferably day-old, cut into
3/4-inch cubes   
8 oz. ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes   
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets   
2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® 6 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese   
6 eggs or 1-1/2 cups egg substitute   
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard   
2-1/2 cups milk   
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted   DIRECTIONS 
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Baking Time: 45 minutes
Refrigeration Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 8
This recipe is a good source of Calcium. 
1.  Layer half the bread, half the ham, broccoli and 1 cup cheese in
greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layering with remaining bread, ham
and cheese, pressing lightly. (Dish will be very full.) 
2.  Lightly beat eggs and mustard in bowl. Blend in milk and butter.
Pour over cheese mixture. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake in preheated
350°F oven 45 minutes or until golden brown. 
Make-ahead tip: Dish can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours
before baking.
