M&M Chocolate Pound Cake
1 cup M&M's plain chocolate candies
3 T. milk
1 pkg. pound cake mix (17 oz)
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Powdered sugar, if desired
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9 x 5" loaf pan. In small pan,
mix
candies and 3 T. milk. Melt over low heat. Stir until smooth. Cool. In
large
bowl, mix cake mix and 1/2 cup milk. Add eggs, beat 1 minutes with
electric
mixer at medium speed. Stir in chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared
loaf
pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes
out
dry. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar if desired.
Serves 10
