Bert*s New Years Collards & Bacon
Ingredients
12 slices Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon minced garlic
16 cups roughly chopped collard greens
1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until done, but not
crisp. Stir in garlic.
Add collards to skillet; stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in
lemon juice.
Serves 6
Ready In 15 minutes
