Mary*s Calico Beans
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (19-oz.) can pork & beans
1 (19-oz.) can dark red kidney beans, partially drained
1 (19-oz.) can baby lima beans, partially drained
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef and bacon over medium-high heat;
drain.
Combine ground beef and bacon with remaining ingredients in greased
casserole. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6
