CHOPPED BEEF SPREAD
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons grated red pepper
1 gar dried chipped beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese and milk over low heat then add pepper, beef and sour cream and mix well. Place in small greased casserole then top with pecans and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
