MALTED MILK BALL COOKIES   
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp vanilla
2-1/4 cup flour
1 cup quick oats 
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup malted milk balls, chopped

Low Down:  This is an ideal place to 
use _both_ white & brown sugar
substitutes, such as Splenda, along 
with a butter substitute suchas 
Promis or Smart Balance. then top it 
off with your favorite egg substitute.

Cream butter & sugars together. 
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well
after each. Add pudding mix & 
vanilla. In a med bowl, combine flour, 
salt, soda, & oats. Add to creamed 
mix. Fold in chopped milk balls. Drop
by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto cookie 
sheets. Bake at 350 ° F for 12-15
min. Cool for 2 min on cookie sheets.
