2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp white sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp milk
½ c. raisins
½ c. Confectioners' sugar
2 tsp milk

Preheat oven to dg450.

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking
soda and salt. Cut in margarine. Make a well in the center of the
mixture. Add sour cream, 2 tablespoons milk and raisins; stirring just
until combined. (If needed add a little bit more milk.)

On lightly floured surface, gently knead dough 8-10 strokes. Pat dough
to ½-inch thickness. Cut into 12 circles with biscuit cutter , dipping
it into flour between each cut. Place biscuits onto baking sheet. Bake
10-12 minutes. Cool slightly on wire racks.

Glaze:
Stir Confectioners' sugar and 2 teaspoons milk together. Drizzle over
biscuits. Sprinkle with more sugar and cinnamon if desired.

Happy Baking!
