Easy Microwave Brownies
1/2 cup Butter or margarine 1 cup Sugar 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa 1/2 cup Flour Blend margarine and sugar till creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and sugared round microwave safe cake pan. Microwave on HIGH for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, or 8 to 9 minutes on 50% power.
