Pace® Mini Tacos
When you*re in the mood for easy, fun appetizers, try these mini tacos.
They*re a snap to make with wonton wrappers, and the Pace® Picante
Sauce adds great flavor. Pace® Chunky Salsa topping is the finishing
touch!
Serves: 24 appetizers
Prep. time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
24 wonton wrappers1 lb. lean ground beef1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning
mix2 tbsp. Pace® Picante Sauce1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa1 cup
shredded Mexican blend cheese
PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
PRESS wonton wrappers into mini-muffin cups.
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in taco
seasoning mix and picante sauce.
SPOON beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with salsa and cheese.
BAKE about 8 min. or until wontons are golden brown.
SERVE immediately with additional salsa. Garnish with sour cream and
sliced ripe olives if desired. Makes 24 appetizers.
